Sunshine Cottage at Finca Katrina

Sunshine Cottage is a little cottage in the back garden of Finca Katrina. It is set on a hill with views of Palo Alto and Jaramillo with a coffee plantation in the foreground. There is a full (double) bed, room to hang your clothes and to store your belongings. You have a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and cupboard space for food, but no stove top. If you are looking for more bedrooms, there are additional units on Finca Katrina that compliment Sunshine Cottage. Send us a note!

Located in Alto Jaramillo our casita is nestled within a micro coffee plantation@ 4900ft elevation, and only 15 minutes drive from the center of Boquete! At this elevation you will have sweeping views from the Pacific to Volcan Baru and everything in between! Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Abundance of birds, feeders and native bee hives. We are home to Panamas largest butterfly exhibit and specialty honey company. We offer a hearty breakfast. We can accommodate 4 px but booking price including breakfast is for 2px. We charge an additional $15 per person over 12 yrs, an additional $10 for children under 12 yrs

From the 200 sq. ft. open shared terrace on the middle floor, savour your coffee while enjoying the highland getaway and the unique view of the quaint town of Boquete. The loft next to it, has a full kitchenette basic appliances, a small living, dinning ​and laundry area. The “Butterfly Sanctuary” has a large closet and a double bed. The “Hummingbird Haven” has a queen bed and a LED TV with cable. WiFi: 250Mbps. Access to the loft, terrace and bedrooms is through outside stairs.
