Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Vi har en dejlig Bed and Breakfast lejlighed med plads til hygge både inde og ude. Du får eget køkken, badeværelse, stue, soveværelse og har I elbil, så kan I lade hos os. Lejligheden har egen indgang ud til en skøn have med mulighed for både underholdning og afslapning. Du finder alt fra havemøbler, hængekøje samt udendørs aktiviteter i form af spil og en trampolin. Der er flere hyggekroge, som meget gerne må benyttes, lige som der er Mexico pejs og grill i haven. Gratis P-plads foran huset.

Nyd hygge og ro i ca, 50 m2 lys og lækker lejlighed under loftet i nedlagt kostald. 1 af i alt 2 lejligheder. Bygget i 2021. 2 soveværelser, stue med sovesofa, fuldt køkken, samt eget bad. Adgang til fælles pool. Ren idyl på landet, men med kun 2.5 km til gode indkøbsmuligheder, samt ca. 10 min i bil til fantastisk børnevenlig sandstrand. Hunde, katte og heste. Ejer bor på grunden, men i anden længe. Fibernet og tv-pakke. NYT 2025: Gameroom med bordfoldbold, bordtennis og retro spillekonsol.

VELKOMMEN til et ophold i vores skønne lejlighed, som ligger i den fantastiske natur, lige op ad skoven og med flere søer i området - herunder kort afstand til Østre Søbad, hvor I kan bade året rundt. Der er også en sauna ifm. søbadet. Vi bor midt i Søhøjlandet og har en 10 minutters køretur til Silkeborg centrum. Der er 2 km. til Pizzaria og indkøb i Virklund. Der er wifi i huset, men intet TV da vi indbyder til ro og gode naturoplevelser. Der er gulvvarme i hele boligen.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

Hyggelig lejlighed i Thisted by

Lejligheden ligger i kælderen i vort hus. Der er egen indgang gennem haven. Havestien er godt oplyst om aftenen.Vi har valgt en huleagtig stil, da vi synes det passer til rummene. I køkkenet er der køleskab med lille fryser, to kogeplader og elkedel. Nørrealle er en befærdet gade, men der er ikke støj fra trafik eller naboer. Vores have ligger ned til et kolonihave område
