Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Very nice private level BnB rental in Homer. Beautiful bay/mountain views from all rooms.A remote feel just a few minutes from town and the spit. Freezer to store your catch! Breakfast items in the fridge for you to prepare at your leisure.Wildlife frequent the yard. We run guided fishing trips on all Kenai Peninsula rivers.

Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Cozy Studio Apartment with Alpine View

This unique, private studio apartment is a cozy getaway right on the edge of the Alaskan backcountry. Enjoy the opportunity to witness sandhill cranes, moose, foxes, and other wildlife right out your window! Comfortably sleeps 3 with 2 x twin beds and a convertible futon bed. Apartment includes private bathroom, coffee & tea, microwave, fridge, double burner, full cooking supplies, TV with ROKU, and wifi. Property has plenty of parking. A remarkably short 10-minute drive to downtown Homer.

Sleeps up to 6 people in queen bed, two twins and a double sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with coffee & tea supplies, gas stove,oven & refrigerator. Linens and towels provided. Smoke free, dog friendly. WIFI & TV with DVD player available. No cable but able to stream. Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Prime. Outdoor—private covered patio seating with grill and a fenced yard.

Halibut Haven Suite "B" Close To Town

Stepping into this spa-like unit will immediately make you want to sit back and relax. Thanks to an updated, simple design it is great for those who are searching for a refreshing getaway. This modern daylight basement unit is one section of an A-frame home that has two other rental units available. This unit is at ground level so there are no stairs to get into it (see notes about the single step in the bathroom). It is minutes away from two grocery stores and most local restaurants.

Large 1 bed with Sauna, trundle bed & fish storage

This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be noise from above as we do have dogs & kiddos. Located 4.5 miles out East End Rd, 10 minutes from downtown, & the airport & Homer Spit. Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Pack n play, toys & toddler stuff available, just request if needed.

Close to town, 1 mile on East End Rd. Private residence, the 1 bedroom furnished apt. is all yours. Private parking, full kitchen and bath. Mountain view. There is extra sleeping area available in the living room, extending the sofa. All extras provided for a fee of $40.00 per extra guests. Note the added sleeping area is in the living room You will make the bed up yourself.
