Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Bayview Gardens Cabin, Lower Level, View & Sauna

Come and enjoy the lower level of our cabin that is located up on the hillside of Homer with the most scenic views of Kachemak Bay. It is a very quiet, heavenly spot where you can get away from it all and enjoy all the amenities of home with a vintage feel. Between the queen bed, cabinet murphy bed, and futon, you can sleep 5 comfortably. Downtown Homer and the Homer Spit/Harbor are just minutes away. Hiking is right out your backdoor with some of the most beautiful nature trails around!!

This unique, private studio apartment is a cozy getaway right on the edge of the Alaskan backcountry. Enjoy the opportunity to witness sandhill cranes, moose, foxes, and other wildlife right out your window! Comfortably sleeps 3 with 2 x twin beds and a convertible futon bed. A remarkably short 10-minute drive to downtown Homer.

WIFI & TV with DVD player available. No cable but able to stream. Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Prime. Outdoor—private covered patio seating with grill and a fenced yard.

Halibut Haven Suite "B" Close To Town

Stepping into this spa-like unit will immediately make you want to sit back and relax. Thanks to an updated, simple design it is great for those who are searching for a refreshing getaway. This modern daylight basement unit is one section of an A-frame home that has two other rental units available. This unit is at ground level so there are no stairs to get into it (see notes about the single step in the bathroom). It is minutes away from two grocery stores and most local restaurants.

Large 1 bed with Sauna, trundle bed & fish storage

This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be noise from above as we do have dogs & kiddos. Located 4.5 miles out East End Rd, 10 minutes from downtown, & the airport & Homer Spit. Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Pack n play, toys & toddler stuff available, just request if needed.

Cottonwood Guesthouse

A cozy and private guesthouse, perfect for retreating into your own space and recharging while on your travels. The large widow gives you a luscious green view of the forest and wildlife. You may see moose, families of ducks, migratory birds, owls, cute porcupines, spruce grouse and maybe even the resident chickens sunbathing making their rounds through the brush. Located just a few miles outside of Homer, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and outstanding view of Kachemak Bay. This is a brand new Home built summer of 2021, it is multi level. The top story is my home, and the entire lower part is your space. It is set up to be its own fully furnished living quarters. It is close to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, but most importantly, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our studio comfortably accommodates 2, up to 3 max. *Our vanity area has been updated. The toaster oven is no longer available.*

Birch Haven, private, mountain view, close to town

Close to town, 1 mile on East End Rd. Private residence, the 1 bedroom furnished apt. is all yours. Private parking, full kitchen and bath. Mountain view. There is extra sleeping area available in the living room, extending the sofa. All extras provided for a fee of $40.00 per extra guests. Note the added sleeping area is in the living room You will make the bed up yourself.
