The ADULTS-ONLY space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two front lanais, nice Weber grill, big Samsung TV with cable, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a great kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

A gorgeous remodeled studio featuring an ocean view lanai with a pool right outside. The lanai has a huge umbrella and bbq, and is a fully enclosed dining area with a self-closing gate to keep your kids safely away from the pool. The interior is all freshly renovated in 2020 with stylish and comfortable furniture. Covered parking is steps from the entry and plenty of quality beach gear is available for you to use anytime. Ice-cold A/C and Apple TV make relaxing inside just as nice.

Get a taste of country living in Hawaii with a cool elevation of 1900 feet. The Ohana is a private suite, while it is connected to the main house it has its own private entrance with no shared interior common space. This provides you with complete privacy. We are located just about 10 minutes from the town of Kona and the airport. The Ohana features a kitchenette/dining area, a separate living room, two separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a lanai with ocean views.

The studio is at a cool 1,400 ft. elevation & has a partial ocean view from the patio. Driving distance from the Kona airport (KOA) & downtown Kailua-Kona is under 15 minutes. Aloha! Our guest suite is the perfect stop if you are looking for a short drive to the airport and beaches. We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.
