Our cozy place is an apartment right in the heart of Kalamata, which means you will have quick access to the city center and the sea/harbor even if you don't have a car! The apartment is completely renovated, painted and has a kitchen, bathroom and big double bed. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and you will have your own privacy. In the area you will find parks, pharmacies, stores and super markets for all your needs. We will be thrilled to host you!

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set.
