Lavender apartment is a cozy one bedroom apartment. Apartment is air-conditioned with free Wi Fi. Features large living room with flat screen TV and pull-out sofa where two more people can sleep, kitchenette with a dining table, and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You can sit outside on a balcony enjoying in cup of coffee or glass of wine with the view to the building's closed backyard . Apartment is located in the center of the old town, yet on a quiet location. The apartment is located in a quiet building on the ground floor. Only a staircase are common to all tenants and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh. Built by our grandparents 80 years ago and lovingly renovated, the house preserves its original character and island spirit.
