We are located on 5 acres it makes for a quiet private area. This cabin is new with all the amenities you could hope for. We are minutes away from the world famous Kenai River. This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Please note the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. There’s a picture of the stairs in the photo section. We look forward to your visit soon!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
