Welcome to my traditional house located in kalliopi village of Lemnos. The village is very close to beach keros ,famous for the watersports activities( surf, kite surf, sup,etc). It is a cozy studio with a comfortable space which consists a kitchenette, a bathroom and his own yard . Ideal for families with children and for surfers. Easy parking next to house. αυλη με κηπο πριν φτασετε στο καταλυμα αυτονομια ησυχια και χαλαρωση στη βεραντα με την κληματαρια να προφερει δροσια και απομονωση.κοντα στην παραλια του κερους για μπανιο σε ρηχα νερα και για serf για τους λατρεις του αθληματος.με ευκολη προσβαση στις περιοχες natura με Cafe και μαγαζια για φαγητο μεσα στο χωριο αλλα και στα υπολοιπα χωρια 25 λεπτα με το αμαξι μεχρι την πρωτευουσα για πιο εντονες στιγμες κοντα επισης σε μικρες μοναχικες παραλιες.και αισθημα ασφαλειας και ηρεμιας

Κοχύλια_Smaragdia

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά στη Μύρινα. Ένα μικρό καταπράσινο κοχύλι έδωσε το όνομά του και λειτούργησε ως έμπνευση για τη διακόσμηση του χώρου, κάνοντάς τον μοναδικό. Με εξαιρετική ποιότητα κατασκευής και με πλήρη εξοπλισμό, ο επισκέπτης θα βρει ό,τι χρειάζεται για την άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή του. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται καταστήματα τροφίμων, η παραλία της Νέας Μαδύτου, η αγορά και το λιμανάκι με τις ταβέρνες.

Απολαύστε ήρεμες διακοπές στη νεόδμητη, άνετη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μεζονέτα μας στο χωριό Κοντοπούλι. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, μπάνιο και WC. Το μπαλκόνι προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα προς την αλυκή και την παραλία Κέρος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στην αυλή και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτών από το αεροδρόμιο.

Απέχει μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Κέρος η οποία είναι ιδανική για τους λάτρεις του wind surf και kite surf. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με εσωτερική αυλή. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, καθώς και έναν καναπέ - κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία .

Traditional stone house

This two-storey stone house offers a cozy stay with a ground-floor living room and kitchen, and an upper floor with two bedrooms divided by a wooden wall. One has a single bed, the other a double and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a balcony upstairs and a spacious yard below. Important: From Jan 2024, Greece requires a “Climate Resilience Fee” for all short-term rentals, set at €8 per night.
