Swedish cottage, nestled in the heart of the enchanting Småland forest. Our home has been lovingly renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its rustic charm, making it the perfect getaway for families and nature lovers alike. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Bright entrance, one double bedroom, a modern kitchen with a welcoming living room that offers views of the garden and forest. On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

This newly refurbished cottage with exclusive and modern interior is situated on a cliff direcly by the ocean. The view over the sea is astonishing, with the sun setting over the archipelago. Perfect stay for summer vacations, nature exploring, fishing, or just for a relaxing retreat. A sunset spa out on the rocks can be booked to an extra fee, as well as bed linen and towels. Onsite picup for seal safari/scuba diving tours/boat trip/RIB boat tour/jetski/flyboard/jetpack/tubing/mega sup etc.

Här bor ni i lugna kvarter med närhet till restauranger, pubar, sevärdheter och dessutom flera badplatser, allt inom 2-10 minuters gångavstånd. Sommartid går även cykelfärjan till Öland precis runt hörnet. Boendet är fullt utrustad för en bekväm vistelse. Ni har tillgång till mysig innegård, med uteplats och tillgång till grill. Charmig äldre rödmålad stuga endast 300 meter till hav och badbrygga. Ligger endast 20km från Kalmar och cirka 15 minuters bilfärd till Ölandsbron. Stor lummig tomt. Nära till vandringsled och vacker natur. Endast 1,5 km promenadväg till större camping, Vita Sand, med fint bad, gatukök och stor lekplats. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej. Kuddar och täcken finns. Rökning och husdjur ej tillåtet. Slutstädning står hyresgästen för innan utcheckning.

Välkommen till vårt fantastiska ställe med två stugor, uteplatser i alla väderstreck, privat strand och brygga vid vackra Norra Dragsviken i Kalmarsund! A livingroom with a couch (when opened 2 beds) and a TV. Fully equipt kitchen including dishwasher. In the garden you can find seating for barbeques. Only 5 km to the popular beach, Bjärbybadet and 15 km to the nearest city. Welcome!

Charming 200-year-old house with all modern amenities. Less than 200 meter to beach. 300 meters to the big square, cathedral, restaurants and shops. Close to the "Bikeferry/ Cykelfärja to Öland. Small patio. Still a peaceful location. Suitable for a family of 4. You will pass through bedroom 2 from bedroom 1 to the bathroom. In bedroom 2 there is a pull-out bed, both 90 cm wide.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan?
