Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Προσφέρει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό, κουζίνα με ψυγειο, φούρνο,πλυντήριο πιάτων και τις απαραίτητες μικρές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές , καθώς και μπάνιο με πληντύριο ρούχων, δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου, πετσέτες και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Παρέχονται επίσης και λευκά είδη εντός του καταλύματος.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
