Quiet above ground exceptionally clean and private spacious suite with 9’ ceilings. King size bed for a great night sleep. All amenities are included. We are situated away from the main rd so no traffic noise. Only 7 min to downtown, 15min to airport and a easy 40min drive to Sun Peaks and the Shuswap’s

Cozy 2 Bedroom Suite, Kamloops|30mins to Sun Peaks

Our bright and private lower suite is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. We have full kitchen facilities, wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a pullout couch. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptional, the second room offers a firmer queen bed for more fit folks. Our suite has 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We got a small-town vibe in the burbs where you turn to go up to the Peaks.

The Grove

New upper suite on a peaceful three acre property in Salmon Arm. Close to all amenities. 5 minute drive into town. A quick walk will get you to local pickleball/ tennis courts and park. Local South Canoe mountain bike and hiking trails a 5 minute bike ride away. 20 minute drive to local Nordic ski area. Close to local beaches. Large covered deck to relax, surround yourself with the beautiful view of our forest grove and enjoy a Shuswap sunset. Covered parking.

Lovely one bedroom rental unit near the river

A whole one bedroom apartment on the main floor of our family home, available for short term rentals. We are located a block from the North Thompson River and across the street from Westsyde Centennial park with many amenities such as: Little Farmer's Petting Zoo, riverside walking/biking trails/beach, sport's fields, a large dog park, playground and splash pad. It is a 15-20 minute drive to central shopping/downtown and only a 10 minute drive to Privato winery.

Located hillside overlooking lake, mountain and ravine views (even a panoramic of the majestic manicured hills of North America's largest mountain cherry farm) . An 'off-grid' wilderness retreat setting within easy driving access from the cities of Kelowna & Vernon BC. Miles of hiking, biking. There is even a 50' swim pond just up the trail to cool off in during hot weather! We ask for min 2 night stay on long W/E's :)

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with mountain view. Walking distance to groceries, liquor store, Pharmacy, hardware and Pub. Walking around the neighborhood is very calming with the feel of the mountain embracing you. Despite the calmness of the place, we have security camera outside and panic button that connect to police, ambulance and fire department. We don't lock our vehicle and no incident of burglary.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. At Bayview B&B we offer amazing views of Mara lake and the mountains. Clean and comfortable accommodations in the lower level suite of our home. We are located between Vancouver and Calgary, a great place for a get away, beautiful in every aspect. Shops, groceries, public beach and boat launch are all just 5 minutes away!!
