Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront 1 bedroom daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we would love to host you in our home!

Warm and cozy 2 bedroom suite on Hearts Ease Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our valley that is only 15 minutes from downtown Kamloops. Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

Located between Salmon Arm and Enderby our modern yet cozy Post and Beam Suite is the perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature you can relax and recharge. The house is split level, there are 5 stairs from the living room/kitchen to the bedrooms.

Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows that can be fully opened for an outside feel. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

The space is great for couples, solo adventures, business travellers and small families. The bedroom has one queen bed and there is a small sofa-bed in the main living space that sleeps one adult or 2 children. The suite is bright, spacious and has an outdoor covered deck with BBQ area. Relax and enjoy the amazing mountain and city views. We are located just off the hwy and minutes (by car) to downtown Kamloops.
