Immerso nel verde di un immenso lotto, è dotato di una grande terrazza con vista sulla punta tunisina di Capo Bon. La posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti i luoghi più interessanti dell'isola: P. centro, Scauri, Gadir, lago venere, aereoporto.

All’esterno un ampio spazio allestito dove poter pranzare all’ombra di un pergolato ed una caratteristica e ampia ducchena dove sdraiarsi e rilassarsi godendo dei colori e dei profumi della macchia mediterranea.
