This beautifully furnished and modern apartment is ideally suited for six plus two persons. Characterized by spacious and bright rooms, this charming place is well suited for any kind of business and private trip, including a get-together with family or friends.
The apartment comes with a lovely balcony which allows for an astonishing view over Vienna. Equipped with table and comfortable chairs, the balcony can be used for gatherings and spending some quality time with friends or family, especially in the summer months.
On a first floor of the apartment there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one separate toilet. On a second floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, spacious living room and a toilet. The place is ideal for six persons, while two more persons can fit in by using the pull-out sofa in a living room. The apartment is completely equipped, starting from fresh and clean bed linen, covers, quilt and fresh towels, to dishes and house products, such as salt, pepper, coffee pods, tee and hygiene products such as shower gel, soap hair dryer, laundry detergent, etc. It's also provided with an iron, vacuum cleaner and Nespresso coffee machine, washing and drying machine.
In each room there is TV, fast WI-FI connection and an Air-condition. In order to keep a well cared apartment, smoking is not allowed within the flat. However, smokers can use the comfortable balcony to smoke and enjoy the beautiful view over Vienna.
On a request we can provide baby cot free of charge.

There are two large supermarkets just a 150 meters from the apartment. Within walking distance there are also a number of historical sights, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shops.
Apartment is located in 17th Vienna district, name of a street is Wattgasse 52.
Privat transport:If you're coming with a car, you would have to pay parking from 9am to 7pm.
Public transport:There is tram 2 just a 150 meters from our building, station is called Wilheminenstrasse, and it's going directly to city center, it takes around fifteen minutes. There's also tram 44, 300 meters from the apartment, station is called Familienplatz and the nearest metro is U3, station Ottakring.
If you are looking for the restaurant to have a breakfast, lunch or dinner, on the corner of the building entrance you can visit our “Bierraum” restaurant with delicious Austrian cuisine (Menu card you can find in the apartment).
