Beautiful farmhouse with new huge enclosed screen porch on 5 acres without a neighbor in sight. Once a working farm, now a weekend getaway for friends and family. The property has a main home and an authentic cabin moved over from the Indian Beach Resort on Green Lake. Perfect for groups but very private. The house sits 500 yards from the lake down a path through the woods in an old oak savanna. Canoeing, hiking, lawn games, bird watching and canning are some of our favorite things to do

Relax at our peaceful Swenson Lake retreat, a Scandinavian-style cabin just 10 mi from New London/Spicer. Enjoy 150 ft of private lakeshore with dock. Kitchen/living/dining areas offer stunning lake views, cozy wood stove, and Starlink Wi-Fi for remote work. Sleeps 6 with queen bed, bunk beds, and sleeper sofa. Screen porch, fire pits, hammock, grill, and yard games await outdoors. Nearby lakes, parks and trails offer year-round fun. Garage with bikes, fishing gear, kayaks and more provided.

Self service check-in and check-out. You can also feel good about renting our place as we donate 10% of our income from our rentals to various charities.

Cozy Basement Apartment (With Private Entrance)

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Enjoy our Lake Home on 8 acres with access to a private lake, perfect for paddling, canoeing, or swimming. Watch stunning sunsets from the patio while enjoying dinner and roasting marshmallows over a fire. Dinner events are permitted, but groups >20 require the purchase of event insurance.
