The main floor boasts a living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table and a sunroom with a porch swing. The veranda is lined with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden in summer.

Elegant and inviting, Studio Three is defined by a dramatic archway that separates distinct living spaces. A high-top hangout near the wet bar flows into a lounge-y sitting area just off the king-sized bed. Mid-century fixtures and rich vintage textures make the space feel both familiar and fancy. The corner windows offer one of the best perspectives in Kansas City. Heads up: there’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

Studio 1 @ Hotel No Vacancy ®

Terracotta tones and earthy elements greet you in sunny Studio One. This warm, welcoming space includes a wet bar, dining area, and sleeping quarters — plus the largest bathroom in the house and the best sunset view of them all. Heads up: there’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use. There's 8 unique Studios to choose from, all with private bedrooms and restrooms
