The Gecko Bach, Tiny Home Accomodation

Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

Greenwood Cottage - Charming Spacious Retreat

Greenwood Cottage is a charming rural escape for up to 8 guests. Nestled in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees and birdsong, it offers a spa pool for ultimate relaxation and a break from city life. Conveniently located near Ōtaki Gorge, shops, beaches, and Kapiti Coast wedding venues, this private retreat is 5 minutes to Ōtaki shops and 10 minutes to the beach. For smaller groups, our stylish new Greenwood Bungalow sleeps up to 3. Both properties can be booked together for larger parties.

Rose Cottage; Entire guesthouse. 1 Bedroom

You couldn't be in a better spot at Paraparaumu beach. located in a quiet street, with off road parking and plenty of privacy in our little cottage which is great for couples or a single person who are wanting to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet together. There are 9 steps down to the little cottage so, it's no good for anyone who has a physical impairment like wheelchair or walker. The bathroom is between the bedroom and kitchen, but this can be closed off from each end for privacy.

Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Kapiti Sea Breeze Cottage (2 mins walk to beach)

Escape to our stylish retreat, just a 2-minute walk from a dog-friendly beach that has a view of Kapiti Island. This cosy cottage offers comfort and convenience with easy EV parking, whisper-quiet air conditioning, and a sun-soaked patio. Located 45 minutes north of Wellington, Paraparaumu Beach offers delightful cafes and restaurants. Self check-in, modern amenities and a stunning beach for walking. Perfect for travellers seeking a relaxed getaway with a sunny atmosphere.

Dappled sunlight, plentiful space, crisp and clean

The studio is self contained and independent from the main house on a 2.5 acre lifestyle property, with your own separate driveway. The studio is modern and comfortable and the furnishings picked out to create a restful, comfortable space. There is a small separate bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, large lounge and dining, and small kitchenette. The property is pretty with many large trees, a stream, boardwalk, pergola, chickens, and native birds.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the main living area there is a double size pull out sofabed and comfortable seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a small TV with a chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly

Kakapo Kabin - prime location.

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.

Waikanae Beach Escape - cute with outdoor bath!

Welcome to Waikanae Beach Escape - This bach is the perfect place for a couples getaway or a peaceful spot for a solo traveller. Situated a 5 minute walk back from the beach, and within a short distance of local eateries you will have plenty to do. In the evenings you can have a night in with the outdoor bath followed by Sky/Neon and takeaways or enjoy a night out at one of the local eateries!
