Studio bach; big facilities! Pool, spa, tennis, beach access! The Tennis Pavilion is a sunny-&-spacious bach just one house back from the beach and next to Longshore beach house. There's a splitable superking bed and a small bunkroom with 4 (2 above 2), sturdy single built-in bunks. The Pavilion has its own private mini-spa pool. Guests have access to the shared heated outdoor swimming pool at Seabreeze next door (heated mid Sept - 30 April), a trampoline and an all-weather tennis court.

It is a great get away for couples wanting a romantic getaway on the Kapiti Coast. If the sky’s are clear this is a great location for night photography. There's a tripod for your phone as well as binoculars to view the constellations from the comfort of a patio moon chair & blanket. There is a sauna, spa pool & swimming pool which is solar heated through summer.

This is our family home, only on air BNB 2 weeks of the year. Located in Raumati Beach 5 minutes to the beach and local shops. If you're looking for a fantastic and comfortable space to have a holiday this place is ideal. An outside bar and pool with main bedroom opening out to a very private backyard. BBQ facilities included. We have Whisky the cat living on property as well, very sociable lad he wont bother anyone.
