Studio is connected to house via garage but have own seperate access, kitchenette and bathroom with shower & all the basics. 2m wide driveway, large vehicles not recommended. The Green House, Te Horo Beach

Come and visit the most glorious part of the Kapiti coast! The green house is a completely off-grid home located on a beautiful, rural beach-side farm. It's fully equipped with a wood burner for cozy nights and has gas for water and cooking. The beach is a short private walk away through a field, so bring your surf-caster or even your boat. If that's not what you're after, the home also is surrounded by native wetlands. It can be a romantic couple's getaway or a small family staycation.

Cosy Gorge Retreat

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With access to private river location and bush walks. A nice cosy cottage perfect for one or two. Relax with the calm surrounding sound of nature, river and native birdsong. Our eco cottage "The Snug" has been created with recycled materials, giving it a unique character. Some features The Snug includes are a composting toilet, a small wood burner for warmth, and it overlooks a medicinal herb garden and some friendly animals see photos.

Separate from our house, self contained studio with it's own patio area direct from your Ranch Slider to the back garden , so just relax and enjoy the lifestyle of Te Horo Beach. Please bear in mind this is a Batch/lifestyle accommodation, and we don't charge for cleaning, the batch is always cleaned between guests and we always provide clean bedding and towels.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the main living area there is a double size pull out sofabed and comfortable seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a small TV with a chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool which is located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly
