An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

It is a floor appartment in Chios Harbour waterfront, exactly at the point of approaching ships from Piraeus and the Turkey. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.

For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
