The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

Le camere, completamente ristrutturate nella primavera 2017, arricchiscono lo stile cicladico con un inconfondibile tocco italiano.

In Karavostasis is located the "Beachfront Cycladic House". A stylish, spacious and functional house, with unlimited view of the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has easy access from the road where you can park your vehicle. It is located on the Chochlidia beach and 3.5 km from Chora. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The miller's house

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros. Its location is really special as it is among the old, traditional windmills of the island in a secluded and private spot. What makes the residence ideal is the fact that it is built right on the cliff, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! The house can accommodate from 1 to 3 persons in a large and comfortable space offering all the necessary amenities for short or longer stays.

Επισης στο σπιτι υπάρχει μπάνιο (ΜΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ). Όπως λειτουργούν ολα τα σπίτια του νησιού, υπάρχει εσωτερική αντλία διανομής του νερού.
