Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

It is 15 minutes by car from the city center of Chios and 5 minutes from the airport. Also, the place of Karfas is located in the middle of Chios, which makes it an ideal place for excursions around the island.

Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα πάνω στη θάλασσα με αυτόνομη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα. Ακόμη υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτόνομης άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!

Odysseus

Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία 90τ.μ, με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα-καθιστικό και WC με μπανιέρα. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Δασκαλόπετρας, 150μ. από την ομώνυμη παραλία και το λιμανάκι. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει στην περιοχή ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ κ.α. Σε 150 περίπου μέτρα νοτιότερα βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία "Όρμος Λω". Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχει η Πέτρα του Ομήρου (όπου η παράδοση αναφέρει ότι δίδασκε ο Όμηρος) καθώς και το Ιερό της Θεάς Κυβέλης.

It is a floor appartment in Chios Harbour waterfront, exactly at the point of approaching ships from Piraeus and the Turkey. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.

The Cocktail House

The Cocktail House is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Chios town. Just 350 meters from the harbor of Chios and 150 meters from the main market of the island. Surrounded by with other courtyard owners. The venue is ideal for couples (up to one child), two friends or lonely travelers and its diversity is that it provides alcoholic beverages and bar equipment. Using a small recipe book, you can make your stay intoxicating.

Ένα υπέροχο σπιτάκι ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία του Ναγού. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και μία πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, ένα μεγάλο κήπο και μια ταράτσα με απίστευτη θέα. Ο χώρος κλιματίζεται και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με τα όλα τα απαραίτητα. Τριγύρω υπάρχουν πολλά φυσικά τοπία, χώροι εστίασης και όμορφες παραλίες. Το πάρκινγκ είναι δωρεάν. Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια και μικρές παρέες.

Ένα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα και σε απόσταση μόλις 10 μέτρων στην παραλιακή του Βροντάδου στη Χίο. Βρίσκεται 4 χλμ μόλις από την πόλη της Χίου και πολύ κοντά σε χώρους εστίασης και όμορφες παραλίες. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε κεντρικό δρόμο και μέσα μεταφοράς. Το σπίτι είναι 55 τ.μ με καινούργιες οικοσυσκευές για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.
