Το ιδανικό σπίτι είναι ανετο αυτόνομο,63 τ.μ.,με πολύ μεγάλη αυλη.Διαθετει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο, με δυνατότητα βρεφικής κούνιας και στο καθιστικο υπάρχουν 3 καναπέδες κρεβάτι και 1 ημιδιπλο κρεβάτι. Εξω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ. Σε ήσυχη με πράσινο περιοχή, κοντά στο κέντρο της Καρδίτσας(2km),δίπλα στο νοσοκομείο και στον σιδηροδρομικό στάθμο,24km από τα Τρίκαλα,Μετέωρα και λίμνη Πλαστήρα. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φαρμακείο, φούρνος, καφετέρια καθώς και σούπερ μάρκετ.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.
