Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

A well appointed three bedroom cottage in a gorgeous garden setting makes an ideal holiday retreat to rest your body and soothe your soul. The cottage sleeps 6 people in a queen, king and single bedroom with trundler bed. An entertainer's kitchen and spacious living area, seperate bathroom and toilet and large grounds including a small yard fenced for dogs and attached to the house. Pets are welcome.

Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.
