Cosy cottage between Karlstad and Sunne

Lovely Cottage on the country. For those who want to take it easy and enjoy nature. Lots off wild animals a round the farm. You will see Moos, Deer, Fox and lots off birds, in the early spring and late summer. The autumn gives lots off berries and mushrooms , free to pick for every one. On the farm, besides me, I have a dog, Shadow and 3 cats, Saga, Timjan and Bassilika, 2 horses, Grace and Cash and some chickens. This is one of the most beautiful place on earth, you really have to see this.

Located inside Rottneros flower and sculpture park (with its great children's play areas), by stunning lake Fryken with Rottneros Manor as the nearest neighbour. The park is surrounded by fairytale forests and lakes. Sunne golf course and Västanå theatre are both a short walk away. Water park, downhill ski slopes, a mountain bike park as well as great cross country skiing tracks are five minutes by car. The house is beautiful and spacious with great amenities. A lovely place for young and old.

Underbart året runt boende. Nära naturen med djurliv, skogspromenader och tystnad. Du kommer att älska vårt ställe på grund av grannskapet och utrymmet utomhus. Vårt boende passar par, ensamresenären, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn). Bil behövs eftersom det saknas kollektivtrafik. Närmaste mataffär Edane, 10 km. Bank,post,tågstation och pizzeria finns i Edane, till staden Arvika 25 km. En kortare skogspromenad från boendet till sjön Värmeln. Nära till Arvika golfbana, en 18 hålsbana.

Gäststuga 35 m2, nära E18. Enkelt boende med två rum och kök. Två bäddar i det ena rummet och en våningssäng i det andra. Liten bäddsoffa i köket. Toalett och dusch. Nära bostadshus. Uthyres per natt eller veckovis. Närmaste mataffär ligger i Skattkärr, Karlstad eller Kristinehamn. Basvaror finns att köpa på bensinstationen, OKQ8, i Väse. De har öppet till 23.00 på vardagar och till 22.00 under helgen. De har också en servering. Inne i Väse hittar du Räven Bistro, pizzeria och restaurang.

Lakan och badlakan finns att låna för SEK100/person. Bed linen + bath towel = SEK100/person. Lägenheten ligger mycket centralt i separat gårdshus och består av 1 rum, kök och dusch/wc fördelade på 43 kvm. I sovrummet finns delbar dubbelsäng, garderob, soffgrupp med tv. I köket finns diskbänk, spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, samt övrig utrustning. En sängplats finns i köket. Dessutom finns två hopfällbara turistsängar och en resesäng för småbarn. Frys finns i ett förråd intill.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Welcome to the house with a stunning view of Lake Molkomsjön! Perfect for year-round living or as a vacation home near Karlstad and Ängsbacka. The well-maintained house offers parking for 2-3 cars and was upgraded for sustainability with solar panels, battery, and an electric car charger in October 2023. Cozy Apartment on Easy Street, Karlstad

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included ! Nice Swedish cottage in the countryside with a lovely view over the mountains. Perfect for family and couples with an interest in nature and wildlife. Lovely garden with patio furniture and barbecue. Detached Finnish sauna heated with wood. Not suitable for disabled when the beds are upstairs with very low ceilings.
