Komfortní chata v rybářském revíru přehrada Dalešice. Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft geräumig (ca 200m2 auf 2 Ebenen). Das Haus bietet problemlos Platz für 2 Familien mit einer Kapazität von 8 Personen. Der wunderschöne Garten ist ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen. Große Rasenflächen ermöglichen Groß und Klein das Ballspielen.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick von den Weinbergen bis zur Donau. Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Stavba (loft) s užitnou plochou cca 50m2. Jedná se o místnost s otevřeným patrem s postelí, pod kterou se nachází koupelna. V místnosti je 2x rozkládací gauč, kuchyň a jídelní stůl. Koupelna je vybavena sprchovým koutem, WC, umyvadlem a pračkou. K dispozici je dále WIFI, HIFI, dětská a cestovní postýlka. Stavba dispozičně odpovídá 1+kk a je proto ideální pro pár, či ubytování na služební cestě. Rádi využívají ubytování také větší skupinky, kterým nevadí spát na gaučích.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Everything in the loft is thoughtful, minimalist, yet comfortable. Let your mind wander while looking out of the window into the garden. On the sofa, with a book from the in-house library. Cook your favourite dish in the fully equipped vintage kitchen.

Rybářská chatka v srdci přírody

Útulná rybářská chatka u lesa a rybníka, kde čas plyne pomaleji. Ráno si užijete klidnou snídani na terase, projížďku na loďce, během dne se osvěžíte pod solární sprchou a odpočinete si v hamace s výhledem na západ slunce. Večer vás zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

Naše chata

Naše chata se nachází na polosamotě v lese u řeky Stropnice. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.
