This brand new cosy, calm and very quite apartment, in the heart of the city centre, situated at Palace quarter. The building is very calm and quiet, and neighbours are very sensitive. Therefore loud activities such as partying is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but allowed in the corridor.
