Perfectly situated for relaxation or a work commute to Wellington or the Hutt. Once a pottery our rustic fully equipped standalone "Bunker" nowadays is a small studio/bedsit. The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Seaside Retreat – Stargazing & Pet Owner’s Haven

Enjoy bush and coastal walks just minutes away, plus no extra pet fees and a fully fenced outdoor space for furry companions. Stay warm all winter with multiple heating options, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Astro photographers will love the rooftop balcony’s clear night skies. Just 5 minutes from the airport, 15 from the city, and 11 minutes to the beach, it’s the ideal blend of serenity and adventure!

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Tui Studio

Discover a bright, spacious, fully self-contained studio right in the heart of Seatoun, one of Wellington's most beautiful seaside suburbs and only minutes from the airport. This cosy, quiet hideaway has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a handy kitchenette, ensuite, and your own laundry facilities. Step outside onto the balcony and soak up those gorgeous sea views. Sky TV, and Netflix included. Easy flat access with on‑street parking. Pets welcome with prior approval and small fee.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

This modern, architect-designed 42m² home sits on the city fringe, in a sunny, private garden setting. Enter and feel instantly at home in your own hideaway. Note: you’ll need to climb 3 flights of stairs; the house is behind another property. See photos for distance reference. Rooms aren’t soundproof perforations connect bedrooms to the living area for heat, light, and air. High perforated screens give some separation. 🅿️ Street parking requires care follow instructions to avoid a fine

Comfortable Studio near Weta Cave

Private, clean & warm studio. Comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Dining table/desk. Trundler bed on request. NO KITCHEN but microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided. Street parking. Off street parking on request. Medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs cannot be left for more than 2 hrs. Add pets to the booking. Our friendly medium sized dog has free range of the shared fenced back yard & barks to greet arriving guests.

The Hidden Gem | tranquility close to town

The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. You can enjoy the relaxing sound of a flowing stream and tranquil bush setting surrounded by mountain bike park and walks yet just 15 minutes from the heart of the city. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well :)

This is a very special place. A private studio with your own deck and outdoor bathtub in a stunning seaside setting. The hillside location means panoramic views from beautiful Ōwhiro Bay over Raukawa Moana (Cook Strait) to the majestic Kaikōura mountains of the South Island. You'll be in a marine reserve, yet only 12 mins to the city centre and airport, and 5 mins to the shops, cafes, bars & cinemas. It is nature at its wildest on the edge of the city.

Tui House

A perfect spot to stay for bush-walkers and mountain bikers or for sport or music fans in Wellington for a game or a concert. You’ll see tui and kereru and hear ruru at night. Otari Wilton Bush is over the road, Zealandia 2km away, and it’s a 10-min drive to Makara Peak. You've got a dedicated off road car park and you're 30 metres from a bus that runs at least every 30 minutes every day. You can cook, do laundry, and iron if you want to.
