Mystras Village House

Mystras Village House is situated in Mystras. This country house comes with a dining area, a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The house also features a bathroom. The country house offers a terrace. If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. Εxcellent house near Sparta and castle of Mystras. House are in nature in the mountain with excellent view of all sparta. The Sparta is 9 km from the country house and the castle of Mystras are 1 km.There is 3 restaurants and 2 cafe near the house. Πετρόκτιστο σπίτι που βρίσκετε στο χωριό Πικουλιάνικα ακριβώς δίπλα από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο του Μυστρά, σε καταπράσινο τοπίο. Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό.

Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο,έχει μεγάλη αυλή με λουλούδια,κηπευτικά και καρποφόρα δέντρα,προσβάσιμα σε όλους.Ταβέρνα και χώρος στάθμευσης υπάρχουν στα 20 μέτρα.Υπάρχει και παρκοκρέβατο σε περίπτωση φιλοξενίας μωρού.Για πρωινό προσφέρονται σπιτικά κουλουράκια,αυγά,τσάι και μέλι του τόπου μας. Με μεγάλη μου χαρά να σας δώσω πληροφορίες για την περιήγησή σας στο χωριό και στα μονοπάτια μέσα στο καστανόδασος και να σας ξεναγήσω επίσης.καλώς ορίσατε!!

My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The original marble stone carved from the craftsmen in 1902, still decorates the front porch and within its 4,000 square meters garden, it will be a delightful experience for you and your friends to sit back, relax & enjoy your recriational days in the mountains.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
