Pet Friendly! There is a suite downstairs that is also a nightly rental.

Cedars Cottage

Beautiful view of the Kootenay Lake and the Purcell Mountain Range. We are located 5 minutes north of Kaslo on highway 31, in Shutty Bench on a 4 acre parcel. This newly renovated cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a pull out couch with a double bed in the common area. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. Also available is a patio space with a barbecue (only in the summer) and 2 outdoor fire-pit areas that can be used all year.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. A covered garage is provided for guests to park. Beautiful deck nestled in the cedars with glimpses of the Purcell Mountain range and Kootenay Lake. Access world class mountain bike trails or walk the river trail right from the Cedar Cottage.
