Το ξεχωριστό που εχει να προσφέρει αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν οι επισκέπτες είτε για χαλάρωση είτε για παιχνίδι σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν παιδιά. Το μπαλκόνι διαθέτει μεγάλο τραπέζι, δύο ξαπλώστρες και όμορφη θέα στο πράσινο της Κασσάνδρειας και στο χωριό. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν πρόσβαση σε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ που βρίσκεται ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι.

Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.
