Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. We are easily accessible by car and parking is free of charge for our guests. We hope enjoy your stay with us !

Studio apartment Lintar is a new accomodation, situated in one of the nicest places on the Adriatic coast, bay of Kastela. It is rarely know information that bay of Kastela used to be called Lintar, the reason why my beautiful apartment got this name. Lintar is just 20 meters away from the waterferont in a bright sunny pedestrian zone street. Here, everything is on your hand, pebble-sandy beach is a 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, open market, restaurant, caffe bar, all in a 50 meters reach.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
