Im Garten befindet sich ein 8 m auf 4 m großer Pool der selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden darf, sowie eine Loggia mit Grillplatz die für gemütliche und entspannte Abende sorgen kann. Die gesamte Gartenfläche ist mit Kunstrasen umgeben und bietet viel Platz zum liegen bzw. relaxen
