The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Captain’s Koutsi Suite

Χώρος 80 τ.μ. Χωρητικότητα, 1-5 άτομα Μαγευτική και αυτόνομη σουίτα Κούτσι αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια (ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα με ένα μονό). Επίσης, ένα ακόμη άτομο μπορεί να φιλοξενηθεί στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει δικό του WC, ντους και μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, με τραπεζαρία. Επίσης ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι με τηλεόραση (Smart TV) και δύο χτιστά μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ιδιωτική είσοδο και βεράντα με τραπέζι – καρέκλες και καταπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος..

Kalliberry Cycladic old cave with private pool

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

Κ vineyard house

A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα Θάλασσα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό και τραπέζι . Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.
