Small cottage with EV charger - No toilet

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Terrass i söderläge och uteplats på framsida, med grill, i morgon- och kvällssol. 1500m till en av Sveriges bästa stränder och ca 1400m till centrum. Ca 30 minuters bilväg från Malmö och 2 minuters gångväg från busshållplats med täta avgångar.

Stuga med lugnt naturskönt läge

En halvtimme norr om Göteborg finner ni denna mysiga stuga för fyra personer. Belägen i natursköna omgivningar, endast 15 minuter från salta bad och 25 minuter från Marstrand. Stugan har ett fullt utrustat kök, badrum med tvättmaskin samt två mindre sovrum. Det finns även en egen uteplats med vacker utsikt över det öppna landskapet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Vidare finns det även en stor gräsmatta på framsidan med gungor och lekstuga om ni har barn som vill vara ute och leka.

Mysigt hus i lugnt område.

Här är ni välkomna som barnfamilj, par eller kompisgäng. På tomten finns lekställning och studsmatta. På altanen finns det plats för middag eller en drink vid sittgruppen. Vid entrén kan ni läsa en bok i hängmattorna där solen lyser nästan hela dagen. I närområdet finns möjlighet för bad, vandring, blåbärsplockning, golf, frispeegolf och skogsbad. Är ni ute efter stadspuls så tar pendeltåget er in till Göteborg på knappt 20 minuter. Med 20 minuters bilfärd kommer ni in till Kungälv.

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just 10 minutes from Lund and 20 minutes from Malmö. Here you live safely with proximity to pleasant walking paths and nature. The house has been recently renovated and is therefore in good condition with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. A completely private farm house with large private areas on the side and back of the house.
