Being an avid traveller myself, my home is an extension of my simple pahadi roots with all the essential amenities & thoughtful touches for today's traveller. Our house is also a perfect midway base to go to Rishikesh/Haridwar/Airport/Mussoorie.

'Hyun', meaning snow in Garhwali, is our Himalayan abode nestled in a quiet, charming village, where it sits within a small cluster of villas, hotels, and cafés. It overlooks apple orchards and snow peaks, and offers modern comforts along with space for rest, reflection, or remote work. Beautiful hiking trails nearby lead to majestic Himalayan views. We have a warm and dependable caretaker-cum-cook and a helpful assistant, both are like family to us and make sure every guest feels at home.

Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

Meditating here is something one should not miss with bird watching & wild life exploration. Please note : you have to drive 4 km Off-road to reach here. An off-road destination.

Forester North - Farm Stay in Kanatal

The cottage is within a Kiwi and Apple Orchard with hundreds of trees spread over 4 Acres of terraced land. There is a lush green uninhabited valley below, with massive snowbound Himalayan peaks ahead on the horizon. We have Airtel wifi. There is private parking available for 2 cars. From the parking spot to the cottage, there is a gradual walk of about 90 meters. This walk is inside our orchard and not on the road. We have a caretaker and staff on the property to cook for you.

This dwelling has taken inspiration to preserve nature all around.The home stay has a king size bed and a sofa come bed (6'×5'). There are huge terraces which have 180degree view of litchi trees, garden and home grown plants. From the top terrace one can view Shivalik Ranges, Mussoorie, Chakrata Hills and Rajaji National park. It also has Paddy field and beautiful sunrise, sunset view. We welcome you, your friends and families for a peaceful, happy and memorable stay in this home.
