Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Familienfreundliche Unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Ammersee (ca. 50m entfernt vom Badesteg). Die Wohnung ist ca. 120m² groß und optimal auch für eine größere Familie geeignet. Auf Anfrage besteht die Möglichkeit eine zweite Wohnung im selben Haus zu mieten, so dass eine weitere Familie untergebracht werden kann. Herrsching ist verkehrstechnisch optimal an den Großraum München angebunden, die S-Bahn S8 ist ca. 300m entfernt und fährt direkt ins Zentrum bzw. bis zum Flughafen.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

On the beaten path of the famous Romantische Straße, the town of Wildsteig is a stopping point rich with Bavarian history, landmarks, and plenty of outdoor activities available for every age.
