Built in 1950, this home still carries the character of its Baby Boomer-era roots while offering all the modern touches you love. Centrally placed at 106 Oak Dr in Terrell, you’ll be privy to all Terrell offers in food and entertainment. It's a quick drive to Canton’s world-famous First Monday Trade Days, Dallas nightlife, charming Forney, and lakeside Rockwall.
