Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a large bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.
