Furnished and fully equipped, 1 room with double bed, single bed and office, another with double bed and one with triple bunk bed. There is also an outdoor dining area with seaview, a sitting area with BBQ, mosquito screens, fireplace, heating, Smart tv with Netflix, Satellite TV, homecinema, dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave.

The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
