This idyllic retreat enjoys convenient proximity, just 30 mins from the airport and 50 mins from vibrant Athens. The iconic Temple of Poseidon is a mere 10-minute drive away. Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. The closest beach is 2 mins away, renowned as one of the region's most popular and well-appointed.

Bright, airy, and perfectly placed, this 3-bedroom Cycladic villa overlooks Kea’s southern coast with panoramic views stretching to Athens, Andros, and Evia. Watch stunning sunsets from the pool, two spacious courtyards, or the open-plan living room with its window wall. The villa has 2 bathrooms, a washroom, full kitchen, dining room, and easy access to top beaches (15 mins away) and hiking trails leading to Hora or ancient Karthaia. The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. There is access to a large covered terrace, one open kitchen sink, one wood dining table and deck chairs, which allow you to enjoy the sea view.

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa of 165m2 with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience. The villa is build in two levels, surrounding the villa there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas, as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Our Rural Kea House stands as a remembrance of rural architecture in Kea, 100 years ago. A stone farmhouse, traditionally built and yet modern. A place to come to and relax, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars or contemplating the view.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
