The 1920 House, just minutes from downtown Kearney

This is a historic craftsman style house in a great location of Kearney. You are walking distance to downtown Kearney On The Bricks where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The MONA (Museum of Nebraska Art) is also located a couple of blocks from the house. If you like to ride bikes, walk or run, there is a walking/biking trail from Cottonmill State Park to Fort Kearney. This house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a rec room in the basement with a pool table and shuffleboard.

Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms. Rustic Cabin Retreat

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a smart TV (no TV service) that can be used for streaming if you want to use your phone’s hotspot.. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!!

This is in an active downtown, as such please expect a certain amount of noise, especially on the weekends. Nest:Space coworking is in the same building if you need to get some work completed.

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.
