The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Stay in a modern farmhouse on a 13 acre homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about a 10-15 minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings, home of Kool-Aid, several craft breweries, Main Street shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. We lovingly refer to our state as The Neb and it has lots to offer -- beautiful landscapes, stunning sunsets, bright stars, and good people. Come visit our AirBnB in the middle of everywhere. 1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

The Cottage

Relax in this newly updated cottage located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block from Good Samaritan Hospital and 5 blocks from Downtown on The Bricks. The open floor plan is light and airy with farmhouse touches to make your stay comfortable. The secluded back yard is perfect for lounging or grilling on the patio. With on-demand heated water, take a long relaxing shower in the completely remodeled bathroom. If you are interested in having your pet accompany you, please request approval.

Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Suite is a perfect solution. With over 860sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (Late May to Sept) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, TV, A/C, microwave, fridge & coffee.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2 blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and 1 block from Dryden Park. House includes detached 2 car garage and fenced backyard. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet.

Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

Island Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In this great CENTRAL location of Grand Island. Close to local restaurants and stores and all amenities. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, appliances, Washer & Dryer included, Free Wifi.
