This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. The property is located in a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The unit is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM. The house and unit are separated by a breezeway. The unit is your own private space and has a small kitchenette and various appliances. You'll have access to the pool (un-heated) and BBQ area as well. I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal.
