Nestled in the quiet woods just north of Mt. Monadnock our cozy one bedroom apartment invites the outdoors in with peeks of the mountain through the trees. Sit out on your private deck and enjoy the view or stroll around the yard and pick a few blueberries in season. We welcome hikers, nature lovers, those visiting friends or family or just wanting to enjoy the area's beautiful scenery and many artistic venues. I like to think of it as a peaceful sanctuary that we'd like to share with you.

We are centrally located in Southern Vermont ~ 40 min from several ski areas (Okemo, Magic, Bromley, Stratton, etc.) about one hour from Killington Resort, Mount Snow, and Mount Sunapee (NH), and ~ 20 mins from Brattleboro, VT, or Keene, NH.

Beautiful completely furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a private driveway and deck. Less than a half hour from skiing and 5 min away from snowmobile trails. It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. Across the river is a bike/walking path that leads right to the Marina restaurant on Putney Rd in Brattleboro. Bakery/café, Art Gallery and Retreat Farm all close by A gorgeous view of the river and mountain across the street .

Many old maple and pine trees, hiking trails and breathtaking views will welcome you along the the drive here. If you'd like to book a healing retreat I offer Reiki sessions to guests. Cozy studio located on 90 acres of private property that includes conservation woodland and fields, perfect for a challenging hike and wildlife viewing. Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Swiss Chalet Family Retreat!

Welcome to our family's Swiss style chalet! Inspired by trips to Davos, Switzerland, my grandparents built the chalet in the 1950s to be a family playhouse and gathering spot for their 6 children. It's kind of magical. Today, our large extended family still enjoys holiday celebrations here every year. Our kids love exploring the woodland trails and swimming in Center Pond. We hope you love it as much as we do! Note: the building also has two apartments on the first floor.

Located on a gorgeous south-facing hillside in Marlboro, VT, Shakespeare's Folly Side Farm is a light, airy, quiet apartment with stunning views, beautiful gardens, and walking paths. We have friendly a dog, vegetable and flower gardens and a small orchard, with raspberries and blueberries. Free picking in the summer. A magical and inspiring place of rolling lawns and 40 mile views yet so close to the many rich cultural and recreational options in southeast Vermont.
