Gristmill Springs Nestled in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks, our cottage boasts views of the Cascade Range and Hurricane Mountain. We are minutes from downtown Keene and local hiking trails. We offer a fully-outfitted kitchen and a living room with working fireplace. We have a stereo system with turntable and a collection of LP’s from the 70’s and 80’s. In the warm weather, enjoy the outdoor shower! Inside, cozy up by the fireplace with a good book or challenge friends to a friendly retro arcade showdown. After a day of adventure, grill up dinner and enjoy the starry sky by the fire pit. With a plethora of board games, there's always something fun to do.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Birchwood Lodge - Our Home in the Woods

Birchwood Lodge is only four miles from the entrance to Whiteface Mountain. The property in Wilmington is nestled on three wooded acres with a babbling stream that meanders past the screened-in porch on the back of the house. This is a great place to create vacation memories as you explore the Adirondack and Olympic offerings or join the young at heart and explore the woods and stream in your own backyard at Birchwood Lodge.
