Our remodeled Adirondack barn is an open rustic space where you can relax and reconnect with nature in the most natural and comfortable way. It’s within ~20-30 minutes driving distance to areas of interest such as Lake placid, White face and Van Hovenburg ski centers, hiking trails, Swim holes for summer or for skating in winter, trails for backcountry skiing, snowshoeing and many more... Our space provides the warmth where you can enjoy your gateaway while still feeling a sense of being home.

Bell Meadow Cottage

This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. Two Stressless leather reclining chairs with ottoman’s & side table for your comfort. Bali cellular room darkening shades on windows. There is a washing machine & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). Propane gas grill w/utensils. Propane is provided. TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Prime, Netflix and Apple TV).

Welcome to our charming one-room off-grid cabin nestled deep in the peaceful Adirondacks — the perfect spot for a rustic getaway surrounded by nature. This cozy, no-frills cabin offers no electricity, no running water(non potable water available May to October) and no Wi-Fi — just the soothing sounds of the forest, starlit skies, and the crackle of a campfire. Please bring all of your own bedding, lights, drinking water and cooking utensils.

Butternut House

A quaint one bedroom apartment which includes a completely separate entrance with no steps. The living room and dining area are separate from the bedroom. The apartment has a kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator. Also, there is a larger refrigerator closeted in the living room for your use. We are nestled along the beautiful Ausable river, just minutes from Whiteface Ski mountain and Lake Placid, the Olympic Village. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, skiing and beautiful scenery!
