Welcome to an19 th century stone-built farmhouse overlooking Mandraki , the main village of Nisyros that is 5 minutes drive away.The house was restored with great care , respect to its traditional character and small details that reveal the way of living in the past.Surrounded by nature,in a private space,it offers peace of mind ,total privacy and magnificent view to the settlement , the ancient castle and the Aegean sea.

Aegean Studio 2

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

In an abandoned village (Haihoutes) on Mount Dikaios in Kos, next to the church of Agios Dimitrios, there is an old stone house built in the early 1900s and renovated in 2022, with endless view of the Aegean. The house has autonomous solar energy, 100% eco friendly. If you want to live an unforgettable experience away from noises, in the nature of the mountain next to an olive grove just 10km from Kos town and 10 km from the beach in Tigaki,you are welcome.

We are located near the most known tourist area in Kalymnos, Masouri. The distance between the studios, Massouri central Square and the beach is only 200 m. Each studio is equipped with electric cooker, cutlery, a fridge, a toilet, large verandahs and a panoramic view of the island of Telendos. There is also a water-tank that supplies all studios with fresh rainwater, hot throughout the day.
