Our large apartment is conveniently situated near the schools , restaurants, shopping malls and we are 3km from Nahoon Beach . Our apartment is never affected by loadshedding . We have solar energy , battery backup and rainwater supply. We have uncapped WIFI and the full DSTV package . Full NETFLIX also available . The house has been recently renovated, is beautifully furnished and is a delight for those that enjoy cooking. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 1 bedroom has a bunkbed that sleeps 3 children. Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.
