Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

The home is fully furnished and decorated featuring the work of local Montana artists and craftspersons. Outside, you will find a large, perfectly landscaped yard and a large concrete patio. There is a lot of off street parking. The house has central heat and air conditioning and an on demand hot water heater

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.
